摘要: 介绍了国内4 000 m3丙烯球罐采用Q370R和07MnMoVR钢板建造的两种方案,针对应力分析设计特点详细介绍了两种方案的钢板、锻件及焊条的订货技术指标,球罐的结构设计以及有限元应力分析等,并对制造和安装过程中特殊及提高的技术要求加以说明,同时对两种建造方案的造价进行了对比,认为性价比相当。

Abstract: This paper introduces two schemes of domestic 4,000 m3 propylene spherical tank made of Q370R and 07MnMoVR steel plates. According to the characteristics of stress analysis and design, it introduces in detail the ordering technical analysis indicators of steel plates, forgings, and welding rods of the two schemes, the structural design of the spherical tank, and the finite element stress analysis. The paper also expounds the special and improved requirements in the manufacture and installation process of spherical tanks. Meanwhile, it compares the cost of the two construction schemes and the cost performance is considered to be equivalent.
