摘要: 延迟焦化装置是炼油厂为了降低原料油加工成本而选择劣质原料时的重要装置。冷焦溢流、放空储水罐(D2403)是装置中关键常压储罐之一。储罐施工质量的好坏,直接关系到其使用寿命。文章结合D2403的具体安装工程实践,对钢制立式储罐安装施工过程的相关技术进行分析探讨,并研究了其安装施工的方法步骤和相关工艺原理,为进一步提升储罐施工质量提供参考,同时对储罐的安全使用也具有一定的参考意义。

Abstract: Delayed coking units are important units for refineries to choose inferior raw materials in order to reduce the processing cost of raw materials. Coke cooling overflow and blowout water storage tank (D2403) is one of the keyatmospheric storage tanks in the unit. Theconstruction quality of the storage tank is directly related to its service life. Based on the specific installation engineering practice of D2403, this paper analyzes and studies the related technologies for installation construction of steel vertical storage tanks. It also studies the method and steps for installation construction and related processes principles. These provide reference for further improvement of the construction quality of storage tanks. Meanwhile, these have certain reference significance for the safe use of storage tanks.
