分离式双管板热交换器的设计及制造要点

摘要: 管壳式热交换器管箱侧多为单管板结构,管板两侧分别与管、壳程介质接触,一旦管板与换热管接头连接失效,则管、壳程介质会发生窜漏。双管板热交换器因其在内、外管板之间设置了隔离腔,可有效解决这类问题。文章以工程设计为实例,从双管板的应用场合,分离式双管板的结构设计,内、外管板厚度的计算,确定隔离腔长度需考虑的因素,以及制造中管板加工、管板与换热管的连接、耐压试验等关键点进行了分析,并提出了优化改进措施,以提高双管板热交换器设计和制造质量。

Abstract: Shell and tube heat exchangers are mostly of single tubesheet structure, and both sides of tubesheet contact with the medium respectively. Once the connection between the tubesheet and the tubes fails, the medium will leak. An isolation cavity is set between the inner and outer tubesheets in the double tubesheets heat exchanger, which can effectively solve such problems. This paper deals with the analysis of many key points with engineering design examples, such as occasions of double tubesheets application, calculation of inner and outer tubesheets thickness, factors for determining the length of the isolation cavity, and tubesheets manufacturing, connection between tubesheets and heat exchange tubes, pressure test, etc. The paper also provides optimization and improvement measures to better the design and manufacturing quality.
