摘要: 介绍了大型煤化工核心设备锁斗的功能、结构及技术特征,通过制造规范和技术要求及各项工艺评定,确定制造过程中各项工序正确合理规范的成型、焊接技术参数,并对材料控制、焊接方法选择、过渡层堆焊、面层堆焊、热处理等关键工艺过程内容进行了详细说明,严格控制加工过程,保证设备焊接质量,顺利完成设备制造任务。

Abstract: This paper introduces the function, structure and technical characteristics of lock-hopper which is the core device of large coal chemical equipment. Through manufacturing specifications, technical requirements and various process evaluations, reasonable and standardized technical parameters for molding and welding are determined. The paper also describes key technologies in detail including material control, welding method selection, transition layer surfacing, cover coat surfacing and heat treatment. The manufacturing process is controlled strictly and the welding quality of the equipment is guaranteed so as to complete the equipment manufacturing task successfully.
