小直径厚壁球形容器的制造技术研究

摘要: 在容器直径较小、焊接操作空间受限、焊工无法从壳体内部进行清根焊接的情况下,通过制定合理的制造工艺方案和焊接方法,实现了小直径高压厚壁球形容器的焊接制造,保证了焊缝质量的安全可靠,为小直径高压厚壁球形容器的焊接制造提供参考。

Abstract: 〗In the case where the diameter of the container is small, the welding operation space is limited, and the welder cannot perform rootcleaning welding from the inside of the shell, the welding manufacturing of high-pressure spherical container with small diameter and thick wall is realized by formulating a reasonable manufacturing process plan and welding method. This ensures the safe and reliable welding quality and provides reference for the welding manufacturing of high pressure spherical containers with small diameter thick wall.
