摘要: 针对催化裂化装置反应器沉降器中Q345R热轧钢板焊接环(横)焊缝(简称环焊缝)出现裂纹缺陷的情况,从母材及焊缝的金相组织、钢板轧制工艺对二次加工造成的端部边缘应力和“焊接脆性抗力”的影响等方面,对钢板母材和焊接接头的裂纹进行了分析,并通过采取焊接工艺优化措施,保证了产品的焊接质量。

Abstract: Aiming at the crack defects of Q345R hot-rolled steel plate welding ring (transverse) welding seam (hereinafter referred to as girth welding) in the reactor-settler of FCCU, this paper analyzes the cracks on the base metal of the steel plate and welding joint from such aspects as the metallographic structure of the base metal and the weld, the impacts of the steel plate rolling process on the end edge stress and "weld brittle resistance" caused by secondary processing. Through adopting welding process optimization measures, the welding quality of the product is guaranteed.
