摘要: 乙烯装置裂解炉热效率是衡量裂解炉运行的重要参数,其高低直接关系到乙烯装置生产的能耗。文章介绍了天津20万t/a乙烯装置裂解炉热效率现状及影响因素,提出裂解炉辐射段和对流段对热量的有效利用是提高热效率的主要途径,并从提高燃料利用率、降低排烟温度、优化操作和管理等方面阐述了该装置提高裂解炉热效率的方法和对策,同时对以后有待改进的措施进行了说明。

Abstract: Thermal efficiency of cracking furnace in ethylene plant is an important parameter to measure the operation of cracking furnace. It is directly related to the energy consumption of ethylene plant. This paper introduces the present situation and influencing factors of thermal efficiency of cracking furnace in Tianjin 0.2 MTA ethylene plant. It proposes that the main way to improve the thermal efficiency is the effective utilization of heat in radiation and convection section of the cracking furnace. The paper expounds the methods and countermeasures for improving thermal efficiency of the cracking furnace from such aspects as improving fuel utilization rate, lowering exhaust gas temperature, optimizing operation and management. Meanwhile, it explicates the measures that need to be improved in future.
