摘要: 文章介绍了流体混合的基本概念,以及根据烟气活性焦干法脱硫技术开发过程中原烟气和净烟气的混合要求研究开发的一种内设锥形分布段的新型气体混合器。相比于现有的三通型混合器,新型气体混合器内速度和温度分布更加均匀,可有效防止气体混合过程中出现低温区,避免露点腐蚀,同时还可提高混合效率,但压降略有增加。

Abstract: This paper introduces the basic concepts of fluid mixing and a new gas-gas mixer with a cone-shaped distribution section researched and developed according to the mixing requirements of flue gas and purified flue gas during the development of activated coke dry flue gas desulfurization technology. Compared with the existing tee-type mixer, the speed and temperature distribution in the new gas-gas mixer is more uniform, which can effectively prevent the low temperature zone and avoid dew point corrosion during the gas mixing process. Meanwhile, this can also improve the mixing efficiency, but the pressure drop may increase slightly.
