干气密封在线状态监测系统及信号分析

摘要: 对设备运行状态进行实时监测是保证石化企业设备安全运行和提高生产管理水平的重要途径。 基于重整装置4台压缩机干气密封运行数据,搭建了干气密封健康状态在线监测系统。通过对28路参数(压力、流量、温度、振动、液位、转速)进行实时监测分析,初步实现了对干气密封的运行故障预警、失效原因分析、健康状况评估、剩余使用寿命预测及预知性维修指导。

Abstract: Real-time monitoring of equipment operating status is an important way to ensure the safe operation of equipment in petrochemical enterprises and improve production management. Based on the operation data of the dry gas seals of 4 compressors in the reformers, an online monitoring system for the health status of dry gas seals was established. Through real-time monitoring and analysis of 28 parameters (pressure, flowrate, temperature, vibration, liquid level and rotation speed), the operation fault alarm, failure cause analysis, health condition assessment, remaining service life prediction and predictive maintenance guidance for dry gas seals were realized preliminarily.
