摘要: 美国石油协会(API)在2018年6月发布了第1版轴流式、离心式和螺杆式压缩机干气密封系统的规范——API 692:Ist et.【1】。虽然在API 617和API 614中都有干气密封的相关章节,但API 692发布之前,一直没有专门针对离心压缩机的干气密封的规范;在以往的工程实践中所执行的规范主要是API 617和API 614的相关章节,以及制造商规范和部分工程公司的工程规定,上述的这些规范有的比较宽泛,有的是针对特定装置或者特定机组的,不具备通用性。很多用户在使用干气密封的过程中,安装、维护和操作也都是基于制造商的规范和以往经验。因此美国石油协会发布的API 692作为一个专门的干气密封的规范是十分必要的。该规范内容十分丰富,要求较高。文章就API 692中一些重点内容进行解读,并浅析API 692在石化离心压缩机干气密封工程设计中如何应用。

Abstract: API has published Dry Gas Sealing Systems for Axial, Centrifugal, Rotary Screw Compressors and Expanders, API Standard 692 First Edition in June, 2018. Although there are relative paragraphs about dry gas seal in API 617 and API 614, there wasn't dedicated standard for dry gas seal of centrifugal compressors before the publishing of API 692. The specifications executed in the past engineering practices were mainly based on the relevant chapters of API 617 and API 614, as well as manufacturers' specifications and engineering regulations of some engineering companies. Some of the above specifications are relatively broad in content, and some are formulated for specific devices or specific units. So they're not universal specifications. When using dry gas seal, many users install, maintain and operate the seal according to the manufacturers' specifications and previous experiences. Therefore, it's necessary for API to publish API 692 as a dedicated dry gas sealing standard. This standard contains very rich content and the requirements in it are high. The paper expounds some key contents of API 692 and analyzes briefly how API 692 is applied in the design of dry gas seal engineering of centrifugal compressors in refinery and petrochemical plants.
