接触刚度和热平衡对汽轮机的影响及对策

摘要: 文章介绍了某煤化工企业发电机组试车过程中座缸安装的2号轴承振动大及汽轮机负胀差超报警值的问题,通过理论分析和现场测量计算分析出额外盲板力对机组接触刚度的影响,以及轴封系统设计缺陷引发的热不平衡对座缸式轴承振动和汽轮机胀差的影响。针对问题原因提出了相应对策,并对机组实施了技术改造,使问题得以彻底解决。

Abstract: This paper introduces the problems of large vibration of No.2 bearing installed in the seat cylinder and the negative differential expansion value of the turbine exceeding the alarm value during the test run of the generator set in a coal chemical company. Through theoretical analysis and field measurement calculation, this paper obtained the impacts of additional blind force on the contact stiffness of the unit and the impacts of thermal imbalance caused by the design defects of shaft seal system on cylinder bearing vibration and steam turbine expansion difference through analysis. Aiming at the causes of the problems, the paper put forward the corresponding countermeasures and carried out technical revamp for the generator set. Thus the problems were solved thoroughly.
