紧凑快装式高背压汽轮机的研发与应用

Research and Application of Compact and Quickly Assembled High Back Pressure Steam Turbine

摘要: 高温、高压、高转速、紧凑快装式高背压汽轮机的自主研发,应用了双层汽缸、预冷却可倾瓦轴承、紧凑快装、可快捷拆卸端汽封以及挠性支承等诸多关键技术,并已获得多项专利授权。其输出功率可达12 000 kW,进汽压力可达14 MPa,进汽温度可达540 ℃,转速可达15 000 r/min,排汽压力可达7 MPa。截至目前,研发的紧凑快装式高背压汽轮机总销售功率为6 670 kW,年节电约5 336万kW·h,年经济效益约4 268.8万元\[按年运行8 000 h,工业平均用电0.8元/(kW·h)\]。项目总节能折算为标准煤约17 075.2 tce\[电力折标系数按320 gce/(kW·h)计算\],碳减排量折算约45 078.528 tCO2(煤炭排放系数按2.64 tCO2/tce计算)。

Abstract: Many key technologies involving double cylinder, precooled tilting bearing, compact and quickly assembled and quickly disassembled ending-seals and flexible supporting structure and so on are applied in the independent research and development of high temperature, high pressure, high rotating speed, compact and quickly assembled high back pressure steam turbine. And multiple patents authorizations have been obtained. The power output of such turbine could reach to 12000 kW; the inlet pressure and temperature could reach to 14Mpa and 540℃; the rotating speed could reach to15 000 r/min and the outlet pressure could reach to 7Mpa. Until now, the total sales power of the researched and developed, compact and quickly assembled high back pressure steam turbine has reached to 6670kw; the annual electricity saving is about 5336 million kWh; the annual economic benefit is about 4268.8 million yuan (calculated as about 8000 hours of working time and about 0.8 yuan per kWh of industrial average electricity consumption). The total energy consumption of the project converted into standard coal is about 17075.2 tce (the power discount coefficient is calculated as 320 gce/kWh). The carbon reduction emission after the conversion is about 45078.528 tCO2 (carbon emission coefficient is calculated as 2.64 tCO2/tce).
