摘要: 介绍了一种新型复合垂直筛板的首次工业应用及效果。在用该塔板更换现有EO精制塔的F1型浮阀塔板后,产能提高1倍以上的同时板效率提高了25%,增量节能效果显著,为今后同类装置的扩能改造提供了借鉴。

Abstract: This paper introduces the first industrial application and effects of a new compound vertical sieve tray (Compound VST). After replacing the F1 floating valve tray of the existing EO purification column with this tray, the capacity more than doubled and the tray efficiency increased by 25%. The capacity expansion and energy conservation effects were significant. This provides reference for the revamp of similar plants in the future.
