乙烯装置蒸汽放空消音器防结冰优化措施

Optimization Measures for Anti-icing of Steam Discharge Silencer in Ethylene Plant

摘要: 针对乙烯装置冬季蒸汽放空消音器排放蒸汽造成消音器上部器壁外侧大量挂冰的问题,对消音器上部器壁进行了优化改造。文章介绍了消音器的结构,并对积冰形成原因进行了分析。针对积冰原因,采取在消音器上部器壁增加辅助器耳的措施,有效解决了乙烯装置冬季蒸汽放空消音器器壁挂冰的问题,消除了高处坠冰造成人员受伤的风险,降低了仪电设备异常故障造成生产波动的几率,保证了乙烯装置长周期安全、平稳运行。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of large amount of ice hanging on the outside of the silencer upper wall caused by the steam discharge in ethylene plant in winter, the silencer upper wall is optimized. This paper introduces the structure of silencer and analyzes the causes of ice accumulation. Based on the analysis, it takes such measures as adding auxiliary ears to the upper wall of silencer. This effectively solves the problem of ice hanging on the wall of silencer caused by steam discharge in ethylene plant in winter, eliminates the risk of personal injury caused by ice falling from high places, reduces the probability of production fluctuation caused by abnormal faults of instrument and electrical equipment, and ensures the long-term safe and stable operation of the ethylene plant.
