摘要: 文章详细阐述了某公司5万 m3/h(标准状态)制氢装置原料压缩机运行情况。针对止推轴承和变速箱高速轴承温度升高、轴瓦积碳等问题,通过对在用油品性质、机组状态进行监测,对设备内部结构进行分析,提出有效解决措施。措施实施后,原料气压缩机经检修合格,安全可靠运行至今。

Abstract: This paper expatiates on the operation of the feed compressor in the 50,000 Nm3/h hydrogen production unit of certain company. Aiming at such problems as temperature rise of thrust bearing and high-speed bearing of gearbox, carbon deposition of bearing bush and so forth, the internal structure of the equipment is analyzed through monitoring oil properties in use and unit condition. Then the effective solutions are put forward. After the implementation of the measures, the feed gas compressor has passed the maintenance and has been operated safely and reliably until now.
