摘要: 针对离心式压缩机出厂性能曲线工况单一、实际运行时难以直接参照曲线进行工况调整、不便于运行优化工作开展的问题,开展了离心式压缩机性能曲线及优化措施研究。文章以榆济管道某压气站为例,分析离心式压缩机主要性能参数和计算公式,运用相似准则和曲线拟合法,获得关于能头、功率、多变效率的性能曲线,并与实际情况进行比对,结果显示,实际能头与拟合能头相对误差在2‰以内,验证了拟合曲线的准确性。运用软件编程得到不同工况条件下的能头、多变效率、压比和流量的关系曲线,分析曲线变化规律,得到各工况条件下的运行优化措施。

Abstract: In view of the single working condition of the performance curve of centrifugal compressors, it is difficult to adjust the working condition directly according to the curve in actual operation, and it is not convenient to carry out the operation optimization work. The performance curve and optimization measures of centrifugal compressor were studied. Taking a compressor station of Yuji pipeline as an example, the main performance parameters and calculation formulas of centrifugal compressor were analyzed; and the performance curves of energy head, power and variable efficiency were obtained by using the similarity criteria and curve fitting method; then the obtained performance curves were compared with the actual situation. The results indicate that the relative error between the actual energy head and the fitting energy head was within 2 ‰, which verified the accuracy of the fitting curve. The relationship curves of energy head, variable efficiency, pressure ratio and flow rate under different working conditions were obtained by adopting software programming. The changing law of the curves was analyzed, and the operation optimization measures under different working conditions were obtained.
