裂解汽油加氢二段进出料换热器型式及应用

摘要: 立式管壳式、板壳式及双壳程U形管式是裂解汽油加氢装置二段进出料换热的3种典型结构型式。文章介绍了这3种型式换热器的结构特点、工业应用及运行效果,并从设备造价、长期运行下的传热性能、压降变化趋势、能耗、可清洗及可检维修性等方面进行了比较,得出双壳程U形管式是最佳结构型式的结论,为裂解汽油加氢装置二段进出料换热器选型提供了可靠的依据。

Abstract: Vertical shell-and-tube, shell-and-plate and double shell U-tube are three typical types of heat transfer in the second stage of pyrolysis gasoline hydrogenation unit. This paper introduces the structural characteristics, industrial application and operation effect of these three types of heat exchangers, and compares them in terms of equipment cost, heat transfer performance under long-term operation, pressure drop changing trend, energy consumption and their cleaning and maintainability. It is concluded that double-shell U-tube type is the best structural type, which provides a reliable basis for the type selection of feed-effluent heat exchanger for the second stage pyrolysis gasoline hydrogenation unit.
