摘要: 缠绕管式换热器做为一种新型高传热系数的换热器,近年来已广泛应用于工业领域。文章介绍了缠绕管式换热器在某炼化分公司裂解汽油加氢装置中的应用情况,并对运行过程中发现的优点和缺点进行了分析。投用后,装置进一步实现了节能环保,使得二段加氢反应流程更加简捷,每年可节约运行成本189万元,经济效益显著。

Abstract: As a new type of heat exchanger with high heat transfer coefficient, the spiral wound heat exchanger has been widely used in industrial fields in recent years.The article introduces the application of the spiral wound heat exchanger in pyrolysis gasoline hydrogenation plant of a Refining and Chemical Company, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages during the operation. After being put into production, the plant has further realized energy conservation and environmental protection, making the second-stage hydrogenation reaction process more simple and convenient.the plant can save 1.89 million yuan in operating costs every year, and the economic benefits are significant.
