摘要: 针对聚丙烯装置循环丙烯压缩机气阀频繁泄漏、寿命较短的问题,对失效的气阀进行分析后发现,气阀选型不当是导致阀片频繁疲劳断裂、缩短气阀使用寿命的主要原因。通过气阀选型、改进阀片材质等方式对压缩机气阀进行优化,延长了气阀的使用寿命,减少了循环丙烯压缩机停机次数,避免了丙烯排放对环境造成的污染,同时也为聚丙烯装置创造了一定的经济效益。

Abstract: Aiming at the problems of frequent leakage and short life of the cyclic propylene compressor valve in polypropylene plant, it was foundthrough analyzing the failure factors of the air valve that improper selection of the air valve types was the main reason for the frequent fatigue fracture and the short life of the valve.Then the compressor valve was optimized through optimal selection of the valve type and the improvement of valve sheet material. Hence, the service life of the valvewas prolonged; the shutdown number of the cyclic propylene compressor was reduced; the pollution caused by propylene emission to the environment was avoided and meanwhile these created certain economic benefits.
