Research on Emulsification of Claus Fan Lube Oil and Countermeasures

摘要: 对Claus风机润滑油的乳化研究结果表明:K-301润滑油乳化的主要原因有二,一是润滑油箱密封垫片逐渐老化,导致换热器水相进入油箱,造成润滑油进水乳化;二是润滑油长期使用降解变质。针对密封垫片老化问题研制出新型垫片并进行更换;针对润滑油降解问题采取两项应对措施,一是定期补充新油,二是研制出价廉质优的润滑油并准备进行实际应用测试,同时持续定期分析在用润滑油的化学成分,保证了润滑油系统的密封性,成功解决了Claus风机润滑油乳化问题,达到降本增效的目的。

Abstract: Theemulsification research results of the Claus fan lube oil show that there are two main reasons for the emulsification of KG301 lube oil: one is that the sealing gasket of the lube oil tank is gradually aging, so the water phase of the heat exchanger enters the oil tank, which results in the emulsification of the lube oil in the water; the second reason is the degradation of the lube oil after long-term use. Aiming at the aging problem of the sealing gaskets, new gaskets have been developed and the aged ones have been replaced. Two countermeasures have been taken to deal with the problem of lube oil degradation: one is to add new lube oil regularly; the other is to develop cheap and high-quality lube oil and prepare for practical application tests. Meanwhile, the chemical composition of in-service lube oil is analyzed continuously and regularly to ensure the sealing performance of the lube oil system. The emulsification problem of Claus fan lube oil was solved successfully, and the purpose of reducing costs and increasing efficiency was achieved.
