贫胺液泵润滑油压低的原因分析

Cause Analysis of Lubricating oil Depression in Lean Amine Liquid Pump

摘要: 某装置贫胺液泵为高速泵,油箱内润滑油大量起泡,导致设备运行过程中油压持续降低,对设备的安全运行造成很大隐患。通过对贫胺液泵润滑油温、氧化、pH值与起泡倾向性、泡沫稳定性的关联影响分析,判断油压降低的原因是在装置运行过程中润滑油产生的泡沫过多且不易破裂所造成的。针对该原因提出了运行维护的改进措施,解决了起泡所造成的润滑油压降低的问题,使润滑油压恢复到了运行正常值。

Abstract: The lean amine liquid pump in a unit is a highspeed pump, and the large amount of foaming oil in the oil tank leads to the continuous decrease of oil pressure during the operation of the equipment, causing great hidden dangers to the safe operation of the equipment, the oil pressure drop was not improved before the foaming condition was eliminated, and the oil pressure returned to normal after the foam was eliminated, judge the reason of oil pressure drop is that the foam produced in the lubricating oil is too much and is not easy to burst. Through the analysis of the relationship between temperature, oxidation, pH value and foaming tendency, foam stability, the harm of oil pressure drop caused by foaming was solved, and the improvement measures for operation and maintenance were put forward.
