摘要: 压力容器内部挡板的计算长期以来受到人们的忽视,很多设计者仅凭个人经验确定平板厚度和平板加强件参数,有时会因平板厚度不足或加强件参数较低造成挡板在使用过程中的损坏。文章详细介绍了与壳体直接焊接的挡板结构的计算方法,并通过算例将挡板的计算过程清晰地展现给读者,期望帮助读者在挡板设计过程中更好地运用这种计算方法。

Abstract: The calculation of baffles inside pressur evessels has long been neglected. Many designers determine the thickness of baffle plates and the parameters of baffle stiffeners only based on their personal experience. Sometimes, the baffles are damaged because of insufficient thickness of plates or low parameters of the stiffeners. This paper introduces the calculatio nmethod of baffles which are welded directly tothe shell of pressure vessels and presents the detailed calculation process through examples so as to help readers make better use of this calculation method in the baffle design process.
