状态监测技术在循环气压缩机电机振动故障诊断中的应用

Application of Condition Monitoring Technology to Fault Diagnosis in Motor Vibration of Circulating Gas Compressor

摘要: 聚烯烃装置是某石化厂效益产出的主要装置。循环气压缩机运行状态决定了该装置的平稳率,直接影响石化公司年度效益指标的完成。该装置在停工检修后,发现所采用的日本神户 DH9M 型离心压缩机电机联轴器侧轴瓦的振动一直偏高,期间利用窗口期进行过多次处理,效果不明显。在运行的1年时间内,振动波动频次和幅值加剧,多次达到报警值。通过 SG8000在线监测系统对故障原因进行了分析诊断,结果显示,是电机驱动端出现了软碰磨。该诊断结果在检修过程中得到了验证。经停机实施处理措施后,机组运行平稳,振动故障得到根本解决。

Abstract: Polyolefin plant is the main unit of benefit output in certain petrochemical company. The operation state of circulating gas compressor determines the stability rate of the plant, which directly affects the completion of annual benefit index of the petrochemical company. The vibration of the bearing bush on the motor coupling side of the Japanese Kobe DH9M circulating gas compressor was always on the high side after the device was shut down for maintenance. During this period, it was treated for many times in the window period, but the effect was not obvious. During one year's operation, the vibration fluctuation frequency and amplitude increased and reached the alarm value for many times. The SG8000 online monitoring system is used to analyze and diagnose the fault causes. The causes of the fault was analyzed and diagnosed through the SG8000 online monitoring system. And the results showed that it was caused by the soft rubbing at the motor drive end. This diagnosis was verified during the overhaul. After shutdown for implementation of treatment measures, the unit ran smoothly and the vibration fault was fundamentally solved.
