摘要: 催化裂化装置原料油进料喷嘴堵塞会造成装置加工量受限、产品轻油收率下降,严重时还会造成装置非计划停工。对于喷嘴的完全堵塞,之前并无成熟的在线处理办法。通过综合应用带压开孔技术与高压清洗技术,研制专用填料密封函,并设置合理的工作流程,实现了催化裂化装置原料油喷嘴堵塞的在线疏通,可避免装置停工带来的经济损失及安全风险。该技术对其他设备、管道的在线清洗、疏通具有借鉴意义,有广泛的应用前景。

Abstract: The blockage of feed nozzle of FCC feedstock will limit the processing capacity of the unit and decrease the light oil yield. In serious cases, it will cause unplanned shutdown of the plant. Previously, there is no mature on-line treatment method for the complete blockage of the nozzle. Through comprehensive application of pressurized opening technology and high pressure cleaning technology, the special packing seal box was developed, and the reasonable working process was set up to realize the online dredging of FCC feed oil nozzle blockage, which can avoid economic loss and safety risks caused by unit shutdown. This technology can be used for reference to other equipment and pipeline online cleaning and dredging, and has a wide application prospect.
