摘要: 为了最大限度地确保设备设施系统的有效运行,及时消除设备设施的不安全状态,使LNG接收站在生产运行过程中的安全保障得到更进一步的提高,文章深入探讨和分析了设备设施完整性管理流程,提出了基于风险的静设备检验工作流程,简要介绍了风险计算、失效可能性分析、失效后果分析、风险评估等静设备风险分析步骤,为从业人员提供参考。

Abstract: In order to fully ensure the effective operation of equipment and facility systems and eliminate the unsafe states of equipment and facilities in time, and further improve the safety and security of LNG receiving stations during production and operation, this paper thoroughly discusses and analyzes the integrity management process for equipment and facilities. It proposes the workflow of static equipment inspection based on risk. The paper outlines the steps of static equipment risk analysis such as risk calculation, failure possibility analysis, failure consequence analysis, and risk assessment. This can provide reference for practitioners.
