摘要: 真空泵是苯乙烯抽提装置工艺流程中的重要转动设备,用来保证系统的真空度。文章分析了真空泵选型中应当考虑的因素,指出不仅要考虑真空度、气量等操作参数,还应当注意介质的特性。分析认为,液环式真空泵更适合用于苯乙烯抽提装置。此外,文章还对液环真空泵的级数选择、防汽蚀设置、密封配置、节能设计进行了详细阐述,以期能够为工程设计提供参考。

Abstract: Vacuum pumps are very important rotating equipment in styrene extraction plants, which are used to ensure the vacuum degree of the process system. This paper analyzes the factors that should be taken into consideration in the selection of vacuum pumps. It points out that not only the operating parameters such as vacuum degree, gas volume and so forth, but also the medium characteristics should be taken into account. The analysis concludes that liquid-ring vacuum pumps are more suitable for styrene extraction plants. In addition, this paper also elaborates on the stage selection, anti-cavitation setting, seal configuration and energy-saving design of liquid-ring vacuum pump, which is intended to provide reference for engineering design.
