摘要: 常压储罐通常在达到检修周期时难以实施开罐检测,在线检测技术因其无需开罐、倒罐和清罐等优点成为储罐群腐蚀状态普查的有效手段。常压储罐作为石油、石化行业常用的重要储备工具,一旦因腐蚀导致的泄漏或失效,会发生重大事故,因此,利用在线检测技术定期对储罐腐蚀状态进行监测尤为重要。文章从检测原理、适应性、优缺点等方面对电磁超声爬壁检测和交流电磁场检测(ACFM)两种新型在线检测技术进行详细介绍。与以往检测技术的对比分析表明:新型在线检测技术的应用对于最大程度保障储罐安全、以及为储罐安全评价提供数据和方法支撑具有积极意义。

Abstract: It is usually difficult to carry out tank opening inspection for atmospheric storage tanks when they reach the maintenance cycle. On-line detection technology has become an effective means for the general survey of corrosion status of storage tanks because of its advantages such as no need for tank opening, back-flow and tank cleaning. As an important reserve tool commonly used in petroleum and petrochemical industries, serious accidents may occur once atmospheric storage tanks leak or fail due to corrosion. Therefore, it is particularly important to use online detection technology to regularly monitor the corrosion state of storage tanks. This paper introduces in detail two emerging on-line detection technologies including electromagnetic ultrasonic wall climbing detection and alternating current field measurement from such aspects as the detection principles, adaptabilities, the advantages and disadvantages. Comparative analysis with the previous detection technologies indicate that the application of new on-line detection technology has positive significance for maximizing the protection of tank safety, as well as providing data and methods for the safety evaluation of storage tanks.
