摘要: 随着大数据、人工智能、云计算等技术的快速发展,我国炼化行业正快速向着数字化、智能化的方向转型,传统设备管理模式已经无法满足当前炼化企业发展的需要。文章总结了国内外在设备全生命周期管理方面的研究进展,结合炼化行业的特点,将设备生命周期划分为先天、前期、中期和后期4个阶段,并对各阶段的管理重点进行了分析,提出了设备全生命周期智能化管理方案,为推进设备全生命周期智能化管理提供新的思路。

Abstract: With the rapid development of technologies such as big data, artificial intelligence, and cloud computing, China's refining industry is accelerating its transformation towards digitalization and intelligence. Traditional equipment management models are gradually unable to meet the needs of current refining enterprise development. This paper summarizes the research progress in the full lifecycle management of equipment at home and abroad. Based on the characteristics of the refining industry, the equipment lifecycle is divided into four stages: congenital, early, mid-term, and late stages. The management focus of each stage is analyzed, and an intelligent management plan for the full lifecycle of equipment is proposed. This provides new ideas for promoting intelligent management of the full lifecycle of equipment.
