采用NiCrFe-3焊接的催化304H烟气管线焊缝和母材的组织与性能研究

摘要: 某公司2023年检修期间,在催化烟气管线与膨胀节处发现多处裂纹。由于镍基合金具有良好的高温力学性能,在石油化工行业应用广泛,因此文章针对上述问题,对镍基焊材ENiCrFe-3修补裂纹的可行性进行探究。为与工程实际保持一致,焊接试验以304H为母材、NiCrFe-3为填充金属,采用氩弧焊与焊条电弧焊相结合的方法。焊接后对焊接接头进行了高温力学试验和金相组织检验。力学试验结果显示,焊接接头的高温拉伸、高温冲击性能均优于母材,冲击断口形貌以韧窝为主,其整体硬度值在200~230 HV之间,变化不大。金相组织检验结果显示,焊材与母材的熔合良好,无裂纹、气孔等缺陷产生。上述结果表明,NiCrFe-3可以用于催化烟气管线的焊接。

Abstract: Multiple cracks were found at the catalytic flue gas pipes and expansion joint during the maintenance period of a certain company. Due to the excellent high-temperature mechanical properties of nickel based alloys, they are widely used in the petrochemical industry. Therefore, this paper explores the feasibility of repairing cracks with nickel based welding material ENiCrFe-3 to address the above issues. To maintain consistency with the actual engineering, welding tests were conducted using 304H as the base material and NiCrFe-3 as the filler metal and a combination of argon arc welding and electrode arc welding was adopted. After the welding, high-temperature mechanical tests and metallographic structure inspections were conducted on the welded joints. The mechanical test results show that the high-temperature tensile and high-temperature impact properties of the welded joint are better than those of the base metal. The impact fracture morphology is mainly ductile dimples, and its overall hardness value is between 200 HV and 230 HV with little change. The metallographic examination results show that the fusion between the welding material and the base material is good, and there are no defects such as cracks or pores. The above results indicate that NiCrFe-3 can be used for welding catalytic flue gas pipes.
