《压力边界法兰连接螺栓紧固程序》JIS B 2251—2008解析

ANALYSIS OF JIS B 2251—2008: BOLT TIGHTENING PROCEDURE FOR PRESSURE BOUNDARY FLANGED JOINT ASSEMBLY

摘要: 简要介绍目标转矩、目标预紧力以及螺栓弹性交互作用对法兰密封的影响,阐明螺栓法兰连接的正确安装对密封的可靠性、施工效率有很大影响,然后引入日本标准JIS B 2251—2008《压力边界法兰连接螺栓紧固程序》,结合ASME PCC-1—2013和前人的研究成果,对该标准的适用范围、目标转矩的设定、注意事项、加载过程、目标预紧力获取率以及其衍生方法分别进行介绍和分析,总结出该标准具有施工效率高,螺栓载荷离散度低的特点,值得推广使用。

Abstract: This paper briefly introduces the influence of target torque,target bolt load and elasticinteraction of bolts on flange sealing performance.It clarifies that the proper method for flange joints has great effect on the reliability of sealing performance and construction efficiency.Then the Japanese standard,JIS B 2251—2008:Bolt Tightening Procedure for Pressure Boundary Flanged Joint Assembly is introduced.Combining with ASME PCC-1—2013and previous research achievements,the paper introduces and analyzes the application scope,setting the value of target tightening torque,precautions,loading process,targeted preload acquisition rate and derivation method of the standard.It summarizes that this standard is worth spreading due to its high construction efficiency and low bolt preload discrete degree.
