煤间接液化装置小分子有机酸的腐蚀探讨

摘要: 煤间接液化装置副反应会生成小分子有机酸等腐蚀性介质,为保证腐蚀可控,装置设备使用大量不锈钢材质,这样会导致投资大幅增加。文章通过对现场腐蚀挂片试验的结果进行分析,探讨了碳钢在含小分子有机酸介质条件下的腐蚀特点。从初步试验结果来看,轻质油介质腐蚀轻微,存在使用碳钢的可行性;而合成水介质的腐蚀明显,碳钢不满足长周期运行要求。上述结论可为后续新建煤间接液化装置的合理选材提供依据。

Abstract: The side reaction of coal indirect liquefaction unit may generate corrosive media such as small molecule organic acids. In order to ensure that the corrosion is controllable, a large number of stainless steel is used in the equipment of the unit, which will lead to a substantial increase in investment.This paper discusses the corrosion characteristics of carbon steel in different media through analyzing the on-site corrosion coupon test results. From the preliminary test results, it can be seen that the corrosion of light oil medium is mild, and there is a feasibility of using carbon steel. However, the corrosion of synthetic water medium is obvious, and carbon steel does not meet the requirements for long-term operation. The above conclusions can provide the basis for more reasonable material selection for the subsequent construction of coal indirect liquefaction units.
