摘要: 设备完整性管理体系是指企业设备完整性管理的方针、策略、目标、计划和活动,以及对于上述内容的规划、实施、检查和持续改进所必需的程序及组织机构。该体系已广泛应用于中国石化炼化企业中。文章在对体系建设与运行管控工作进行总结与反思的基础上,对各管理要素出现的常见问题进行了系统阐述,并对问题产生的根本原因进行了深入溯源分析,提出了对应的解决方法、应对策略以及体系建设与有效运行的相关建议,可为完善设备完整性管理体系以及保障其有效运行提供借鉴与参考。

Abstract: The equipment integrity management system refers to the policies, strategies, objectives, plans and activities for enterprise equipment integrity management, as well as the procedures and organizational structures necessary for the planning, implementation, review and continual improvement of the aforesaid elements. This system has been widely applied in Sinopec's refining and petrochemical enterprises. Based on the summary and reflection of the system development and operational control practices, this paper systematically expounds the common problems encountered in each management elements, conducts an in-depth root-cause analysis of these problems, proposes corresponding solutions and response strategies and further offers recommendations for system establishment and effective operation. These can serve as a reference for improving the equipment integrity management system and ensuring its effective operation.
