摘要: 大型低温储罐工程施工中,罐顶气吹顶升作业是整个工程施工的难点和安全管控重点。针对以往施工方案复杂、措施用料多、施工准备周期长等状况,结合多年实践,对罐顶气吹顶升工艺进行了改进,特别是对平衡系统和密封系统进行了优化,取得了很好的应用效果。

Abstract: In the construction of largescale cryogenic storage tanks, the air lifting operation of tank roof is the difficulty and key point in construction and safety management. Aiming at the previous problems of complex construction schemes, much materials used for improvement measures, and long construction preparation period, some improvements are made to the tank roof air lifting technology combining with years of practice, especially the balancing system and sealing system have been optimized. And good application effects have been achieved.
