On the Furnace Type Selection of Fractionation Heating Furnace for Hydrogenation Unit

摘要: 在加氢装置中,进料反应炉和分馏加热炉是重要的供热设备。随着工艺装置规模的大型化,分馏加热炉的热负荷也不断提升。大型化加热炉炉型选择具有多样化的特点。针对加热炉两种炉型(方箱炉和圆筒炉)的选择,设计人员有不同的考虑和侧重点。文章从工艺参数、结构参数、制造运输等不同方面对加氢装置的分馏加热炉炉型进行讨论,为炉型选择提供参考。

Abstract: In the hydrogenation unit, feed reaction furnace and fractionation heating furnace are important heating equipment. With the upsizing of equipment, the heat load of fractionation heating furnace is also increasing. For the upsizing heating furnace, the furnace type selection is diversified. In order to choose the furnace type of heating furnace between box furnace and cylindrical furnace, designers have different considerations and focuses. In this paper, the furnace type of fractionation heating furnace in hydrogenation unit is discussed from different aspects such as process parameters, structure parameters, manufacturing and transportation so as to provide reference for the selection of furnace type.
