摘要: 制氢装置通常作为配套装置为炼厂各类加氢装置提供氢源。随着加氢工艺的发展,氢气需求量不断增加,制氢技术迅速发展。制氢转化炉作为制氢装置的核心设备承担着供热和反应双重任务。制氢技术的发展主要体现在不同类型转化炉的发展上。文章通过对比分析,研究了各种类型制氢转化炉的技术特点、炉型特性、传热效果、内外结构、管系特点等,并结合目前工业炉模块化的现状,预测了制氢转化炉技术突破方向和模块化工程设计,为制氢转化炉技术研发提供参考。

Abstract: Hydrogen unit is usually used as a supporting unit to provide hydrogen for all kinds of hydrogenation units in refinery. With the development of hydrogenation process, the demand for hydrogen is increasing, and the technology of hydrogen production is developing rapidly. As the core equipment of hydrogen unit, hydrocarbon steam reformer undertakes the dual tasks of heating and reaction. The development of hydrogen technology is mainly reflected in the developing trend of various types steam reformers. This paper studies the technical features, reformer type characteristics, heat transfer effect, internal and external structure, and pipe system differences of various types of hydrocarbon steam reformers by comparative analysis. Combined with the current status of industrial furnace modularization, the paper forecasts the breakthrough direction and modularized engineering trend of steam reformer, so as to provide guidance for the research and development of hydrocarbon steam reformer technology.
