摘要: 空冷器丝堵泄漏是空冷器运行操作中最常见且最容易出现的问题。文章通过对空冷器丝堵泄漏实例进行全面的系统分析,找出泄漏的原因并深入地研究与泄漏相关的丝堵材料、机加工、结构设计及安装方法等因素,探讨空冷器管箱的焊接、结构优化等对丝堵密封性的影响,提出解决空冷器丝堵泄漏的措施,减少泄漏隐患。

Abstract: Plug leakage of air cooler is the most common and most likely problem in the operation of air coolers. Through comprehensive and systematic analysis on the plug leakage examples of air coolers, the causes of leakage are identified and the factors related to leakage such as plug materials, machining, structural design and installation methods are studied in depth. The effects of welding and structural optimization of air cooler tube box on plug sealing are discussed, and measures to solve air cooler plug leakage are proposed to reduce the hidden danger of leakage.
