裂解气压缩机透平输出功率下降原因分析及在线清洗技术运用

摘要: 某设计年产110万吨乙烯装置的裂解气压缩机在运行过程中出现透平输出功率持续下降、装置负荷严重受限的问题。文章对该透平功率下降的原因进行了分析,并对双缸大型透平机组采取在线加注清洗剂及饱和蒸汽清洗的综合技术方案,使裂解气压缩机透平功率完全恢复。该方案为行业内首次应用,可为大型机组透平功率下降的在线处理提供借鉴。

Abstract: During the operation of the cracking compressor of an ethylene plant with an annual output of 1.1 million tons, the output power of the turbine has been continuously decreased and the load of the plant has been severely limited. In this paper, the causes of the power reduction of the turbine are analyzed. The comprehensive technical scheme of on-line cleaning agent filling and saturated steam cleaning is adopted for the large-scale twin-cylinder turbine unit and the turbine power of the cracking compressor is restored completely. This technical scheme is the first application in the industry and can provide a reference for on-line treatment of turbine power decrease in large-scale units.
