往复压缩机出入口压力变化对级间压力的影响分析与模拟

Analysis and Simulation of the Influence of Inlet or Outlet Pressure Change on Interstage Pressure in Reciprocating Compressor

摘要: 文章通过一个实例介绍了压缩机的热力性复算过程,定性分析了压缩机出、入口压力变化时级间压比的分配,得到了末级压比变化最大的结论。同时通过HYSYS的模拟,精确计算了压缩机出、入口压力变化时级间压力的分配情况,以及各级压比的再平衡过程。上述结论可为压缩机的操作、选型计算及校核计算提供参考。

Abstract: This paper introduces the process of reciprocating compressor thermal re-calculation through one example. It makes a qualitative analysis on the interstage pressure ratio change when the compressor inlet or outlet pressure changes and arrives at the conclusion that the final stage pressure ratio changes the most. Meanwhile, this paper makes a precise calculation of the interstage pressure ratio change and re-balance process using HYSYS. The above conclusion can provide reference for compressor operation, selection calculation and calibration calculation.
