炼油装置典型设备故障分析

摘要: 对某大型石化集团公司31家炼油企业2019~2021年发生的影响装置生产的设备故障进行了统计,统计范围包括了11大类500余套炼油装置。通过对故障进行梳理,从时间、设备、装置、故障种类、故障强度以及管理和技术等多个维度对166起故障进行大数据分析,归纳总结出设备故障发生的规律和原因,并提出了降低设备故障率的建议及措施。

Abstract: This paper conducts statistics about the equipment failures affecting unit production that occurred in 31 refining enterprises of a large petrochemical group company from 2019 to 2021. And the scope of the statistics covers more than 500 sets of refining units in 11 major categories. Big data analysis is conducted from multiple dimensions such as time, equipment, device, failure type, failure strength as well as management and technology through sorting out the faults. The paper summarizes the laws and causes for the equipment failures, and puts forward suggestions and measures to reduce equipment fault rate.
