摘要: 文章建立了球罐传热的数理模型,以碳二(乙烯、乙烷)球罐作为研究对象,分析了1年内不同季节、不同时刻球罐迎光面与背光面的传热特性,给出了不同建设地点球罐保冷的设计建议,同时,分析得出乙烯、乙烷2种介质半冷冻式储存时在不同保冷厚度下的冷损失,并就此提出了节能建议。该研究成果对实际工程中碳二球罐的保冷设计具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract: This paper established a mathematical model for calculating the heat transfer in spherical tanks. Taking C2 (ethylene and ethane) spherical tanks as the research object, it analyzed the heat transfer characteristics of the front and back surfaces of the spherical tanks in different seasons and at different times within one year, and proposed the design suggestions for heat insulation of spherical tanks at different construction sites. Meanwhile, the paper obtained the cold loss of ethylene and ethane in semi-refrigerated storage with different thicknesses of insulation and made energy saving suggestions accordingly.The research results are of certain guidance for cold insulation design of C2 spherical tanks in practical projects.
