折流板间距对换热器换热性能的影响

摘要: 换热器是化工领域一种非常重要的设备,在化工、石油、食品等行业中有着广泛的应用。文章运用Fluent17.0软件对换热器在不同折流板间距下的换热性能进行了数值模拟。结果表明,折流板间距在100~300 mm的范围内,随着折流板间距的增大,“流动死区”区域增大,压降减小,对流换热系数呈现下降趋势,而单位压降的对流传热系数、单位泵功率对流传热系数以及JF因子等指标,都逐渐增大,上述研究结论可为换热器实际工程中的变化趋势提供依据。

Abstract: Heat exchanger is a kind of highly important equipment in chemical field. It has been widely used in chemical, petroleum, food and other industries. In this paper, fluent 17.0 software is used to numerically simulate the heat exchanger performance at different baffle-plate spacing. The results show that, within the range of 100 to 300 mm baffle-plate spacing, the "flow dead zone" area increases and the pressure drop decreases with the increase of baffle-plate spacing; and the convection heat transfer coefficient presents a downward trend, while the convection heat transfer coefficient per unit pressure drop, the convection heat transfer coefficient per unit pump power, and JF factor increase gradually. The conclusions of the above study can provide a basis for the trends in the actual engineering of heat exchangers.
