摘要: 石脑油加氢装置是石油化工行业的重要处理装置,随着近年来装置大型化的发展,大型化设备的设计、制造逐渐成为工程设计的重点和难点。石脑油加氢进料换热器是减少进料加热炉负荷、节能减排的关键设备,其设计与优化也在不断更新,从最初的多台单壳程管壳式换热器串联方案被广泛应用,逐渐向双壳程壳体、双系列以及其他多种强化传热技术并用的方向发展,在工程实践中有很多成功应用的案例。文章对石脑油加氢进料换热器的多种管壳式换热器设计方案进行了对比分析,整理了设计优化需要注意的重点及强化传热技术的应用。

Abstract: The naphtha hydrotreating unit is an important processing unit in petrochemical industry. With the treatment capacity of the units becoming larger in recent years, design and manufacture of large-scale equipment has gradually become the focus and difficulty of engineering practice. The naphtha hydrotreating feed heat exchanger is the key equipment for naphtha hydrotreating unit to reduce the feed heater load which can contribute to energy saving and emission reduction. Therefore, its design and optimization are also being updated constantly. The heat exchanger design has been changed from one pass shell with single series to two pass shells with double series and combination of other heat transfer enhancement techniques, which has achieved many successful applications in engineering practice. In this article, several solutions of naphtha hydrotreating feed heat exchanger have been analysed and compared. The optimization of solutions and recent application of heat transfer enhancement techniques have also been summarized.
