常顶换热器铵盐垢下腐蚀防护措施优化及应用

Optimization and Application of the Protection Measures for Ammonium Salt Under-deposit Corrosion for Atmospheric Distillation Column Overhead Heat Exchanger

摘要: 某石化公司常顶换热器管束频繁发生腐蚀泄漏,管束内壁铵盐结垢严重,部位蚀坑较多,呈线状,且有明显腐蚀沟槽,表现为典型的铵盐垢下腐蚀特征。针对装置电脱盐工艺、操作及检监测进行了管理优化,结果表明:装置电脱盐二级脱后盐含量明显下降,仅有0.15%的数据超标。对常顶换热器采取馏出线实施多点注水、每条注水线安装喷头、常顶注水量提升至24 t/h且确保有30%的液态水、选择结盐温度较低的中和剂、管束材质升级为钛合金等一系列的防护措施后,应用效果显示:管束结盐区域缩小、结盐轻微,常顶换热器进、出口管线无异常减薄,已运行3年的钛合金管束腐蚀轻微。

Abstract: Corrosion leakage occurs frequently in the atmospheric distillation column overhead heat exchanger of certain petrochemical company. There are many corrosion pits on the inner wall of the tube bundle where the ammonium salt scaling is serious. These corrosion pits are linear and there're obvious corrosion grooves, which are typical characteristics of ammonium salt underdeposit corrosion. The management of the electrical desalting process, operation, inspection and monitoring of the device was optimized. The results show that the salt content of the electrical desalting unit decreased obviously after the secondary desalination, and only 0.15% of the data exceeded the standard. A series of process and material protective measures were adopted for the atmospheric distillation column overhead heat exchanger, such as carrying out multi-point water injection for the distillate line, installing sprinklers for each water injection line, increasing water injection volume to 24 t/h and maintaining 30% of liquid water, selecting neutralizer with lower salt scaling temperature, upgrading the tube bundle material to titanium alloy and so on. And the application effects indicated that the salt scaling area of the tube bundlewas reduced and there was slight salt scaling; there was no abnormal thinning of the inlet and outlet pipelines of the atmospheric distillation column overhead heat exchanger; and the titanium alloy tube bundle that had run for three years was corroded slightly.
