烟机入口高温热力管道的膨胀监测与问题治理

摘要: 针对重油催化装置烟机入口管道预热过程中弯头焊口受力开裂、烟机管口受力过大等问题,对烟机入口高温热力管道热膨胀位移进行了理论计算和实际监测,探索定量的管道热位移监测方法。通过将实际监测数据与理论计算热位移数值进行对比,分析出烟机入口水平管道膨胀存在卡涩、竖直管道热膨胀过量是导致该管道焊口受力开裂、烟机管口受力过大的主要原因。针对上述原因,制定了科学合理的管道更换工序和摆向支架改进措施,使烟机入口管道存在的问题得到治理,生产隐患得以消除。该问题的治理方法可为同类装置管道的运行监测和更换以及摆向支架的改进提供借鉴。

Abstract: Aiming at the cracking of the elbow weld junction at the inlet of the pipeline and the overstress on the inlet of flue gas turbine of heavy oil catalytic unit during the preheating process, theoretical calculation and practical monitoring of the thermal expansion displacement of the high-temperature heating pipeline at the flue gas turbine inlet are carried out to explore the quantitative monitoring method for the pipeline thermal displacement. By comparing the actual monitoring data with the theoretical value of calculated thermal displacement, it was analyzed that the jam fault in the horizontal pipe expansion at the inlet of flue gas turbine and the excessive thermal expansion of the vertical pipe were the main reasons for the cracking of the pipe weld and the overstressing at the inlet of flue gas turbine. According to the above reasons, scientific and reasonable piping replacement process and swing support improvement measures were developed so that the problem of the flue gas inlet piping was solved and the hidden danger in production was eliminated. The solution to this problem can provide reference for the operation monitoring and replacement of pipes and the improvement of swing support in similar devices.
