摘要: 国家管网集团公司成立以后,明确要求X70及以上钢级管道焊接采用自动焊技术,国内长输管道自动焊焊接得以全面推广。随着管道内根焊技术的大量应用,其技术弱点逐步显现出来,而管道外自动根焊技术可以克服这些弱点,具有独特的技术优势,值得进行深入研究。通过对国内外自动根焊设备、自动根焊工艺的分析和研究,掌握了管道自动根焊技术的基础理论和关键技术要点,经实际焊接验证,外根焊焊接质量好、效率高、适用范围广,值得在长输管道项目中进一步推广使用。

Abstract: After the establishment of the PipeChina Group, it is clearly required that welding of pipeline with steel grade of X70 and above should adopt automatic welding. Hence automatic welding of domestic longdistance pipelines has been promoted comprehensively. With the large-scale applications of internal pipeline automatic root welding technology, its technical weaknesses have gradually emerged. And the external pipeline automatic root welding technology can overcome these weaknesses. It has unique technical advantages and is worthy of in-depth research. Through the analysis and research of the automatic root welding equipment and root welding technology at home and abroad, the basic theories and key technical points of pipeline automatic root welding technology have been mastered. Through actual welding tests, it is proved that the external automatic root welding has good welding quality, high efficiency and wide scope of application. It is worthy of further promotion and use in long-distance pipeline projects.
