乙烯装置压缩机透平结垢原因分析及应对策略

摘要: 蒸汽和锅炉给水品质下降会造成乙烯装置压缩机透平结垢,进而引发机组工作效率下降、耗汽量明显上升等问题。文章对三套乙烯装置压缩机透平结垢问题的具体原因进行了分析,并详细介绍了对其采取的停机浸泡清洗、加注清洗剂在线清洗、饱和蒸汽在线清洗等处理方法及注意事项,同时提出了预防压缩机透平结垢的应对措施,可为同类问题的处理提供参考。

Abstract: Decline of steam and boiler feed water quality can cause scaling of the compressor turbine in ethylene plant, which in turn can lead to the decrease of compressor working efficiency and significant increase of steam consumption. This paper analyzes the specific reasons of compressor turbine scaling in three sets of ethylene plants, and introduces in detail the treatment methods and precautions taken for shutdown immersion cleaning, filling detergent online cleaning, saturated steam online cleaning and so forth. Meanwhile, it proposes the countermeasures to prevent compressor turbine scaling, which can provide reference for the handling of similar problems.
