摘要: 针对百万吨乙烯装置中急冷油与焦粒固液分离难题,采用模拟软件对直径为2 m的大型急冷油旋液分离器进行了优化设计,并对设备内部流场、性能进行了数值模拟分析,同时对设备进行了变工况特性研究,并在典型工况下将实际运行参数与数值模拟结果进行了对比。结果显示,实际运行参数与数值模拟结果一致,说明该设计方法具有很强的工程实用价值。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of solid-liquid separation of quench oil and coke particles in a million ton ethylene plant, simulation software was used to optimize the design of large-scale quench oil hydrocyclone with the diameter of 2 meters and the internal flow field and performance of the cyclone were also analyzed by numerical simulation. The large-scale hydrocyclone with the above optimized design has been applied in a million-ton ethylene plant successfully. Combining with the actual application, this paper carried out a study on the characteristics of the equipment under variable operating conditions, and compared the actual operating parameters with the numerical simulation results under the designed operating conditions. The results show that the actual operating parameters were consistent with the numerical simulation results, which indicates that the design method is of great practical value for engineering.
