摘要: 设计温度是压力容器设计计算中比较重要的设计参数,直接影响到压力容器的安全运行。文章重点介绍了GB/T 150、ASME和HG/T 20580规范对压力容器设计温度确定的基本原则,并采用流体分析方法计算了两种不同规格电加热器在6种工况下的壳体金属壁温,得出了金属壁温与流量、介质最高温度和加热元件最高金属壁温的关系,同时还总结了影响电加热器壳体金属壁温的因素,给出了确定电加热器壳体设计温度的建议,可为电加热器的结构设计提供参考。

Abstract: Design temperature is an important design parameter in the design calculation of pressure vessels. It affects the safe operation of pressure vessels directly. This paper highlights the basic principles in GB/T 150, ASME and HG/T 20580 codes for determination of the design temperature of pressure vessels. Fluid analysis method was adopted to calculate the wall temperature of the shell metal of two electric heaters with different specifications under six working conditions. Then the relationship between the metal wall temperature and the flow rate, the maximum temperature of the medium and the maximum wall temperature of the heating element was obtained. The paper also summarizes the factors affecting the metal wall temperature of the electric heater shell, and gives suggestions for determining the design temperature of the electric heater shell. This can provide reference for the structure design of electric heaters.
