静设备图纸AI审查助手开发与应用研究

摘要: 文章围绕静设备图纸AI审查助手的开发与应用展开研究,建立了包含条件信息、计算书信息、主要技术要求、节点图信息的审查规则库,完成了基础数据比对、简单逻辑校验、主要技术要求审查、典型节点图审查等功能开发。经实际项目测试后认为,AI审查助手能够有效代替部分人工,具有可行性与应用价值。在此基础上,对国行标结构化拆解以及复杂图形解构的智能匹配技术开发进行了规划,以期能够为行业提供可复制的“AI+人工”工程审查解决方案。

Abstract: This paper focuses on the development and application of an AI-powered assistant for reviewing static equipment drawings. A review rule database was established encompassing conditional information, calculation sheet data, key technical requirements and node diagram details. Functionalities including basic data comparison, simple logic verification, review of key technical specifications and examination of typical node diagrams were developed. Testing in real-world projects demonstrated that the AI-powered assistant can effectively replace part of the manual workload, confirming its technical feasibility and application value. Building on this, development plans are formulated for intelligent matching technologies involving structured parsing of national/industry standards and decomposition of complex graphics, aiming to deliver replicable "human-AI collaborative" engineering review solutions for the industry.
