重沸炉新型烘炉方法研究与实践

摘要: 文章介绍了某炼化公司稳定塔重沸炉的情况以及烘炉过程,对加热炉炉管内通蒸汽的传统方法进行了理论研究,发现采用该方法会出现炉出口超温或炉膛温度不足的问题,影响烘炉效果。以往的烘炉实践也证实了上述问题。为解决该问题,研究了一种新的烘炉方法,即采用除氧水汽化作为炉管保护介质进行烘炉,理论研究完全可行。经过实践检验,采用新方法可完全满足烘炉曲线要求、达到良好的烘炉目的,而且可降低烘炉过程的蒸汽消耗,取得了较好节能降耗效果,可在重沸炉上推广应用。

Abstract: This paper introduced the situation of stabilization tower reboiler furnace of a refinery company and the furnace baking process. It studied the traditional method for steam passing through the furnace tube. It was found that after adopting this method, the furnace outlet temperature was too high or the furnace temperature was too low, which affected the furnace baking effects. Previous furnace baking practice also confirmed the above problems. To solve these problems, a new baking method for furnace was studied. That is, using deoxygenation water vaporization as furnace tube protection medium for furnace baking. Through theoretical research, this method was completely feasible. After practical test, it fully met the requirements of baking furnace curve and good baking furnace effect was achieved. Steam consumption during furnace baking was reduced. This has achieved good effect of energy saving and consumption reduction. The new method for furnace baking can be widely used in reboiler furnace.
